After seven years of testing all kinds of software, I have developed a strong intuition for product experience. By providing interface development and design skills, I have been able to directly implement solutions to the pain points I identify in my work.

Automating a vast number of manual QA workflows allowed our team to focus on higher-value work and reduced our regression testing time from days to hours. I built shared test infrastructure and frameworks with a focus on model-based testing, and both researched and implemented a transition from Cypress to Playwright.

I was given the opportunity to lead a team of two junior testers across a highly successful data migration project, mentoring both through to Product Ownership. I emphasized a culture of quality and ownership across the team, while maturing test processes and technologies.

With several sensitive data products under my responsibility, I developed a strong understanding of scalable testing practices during this time. I built comprehensive manual test suites and spearheaded a Cypress automation initiative, lead Gherkin test condition workshops, and managed escalations from our Helpdesk.

As a support specialist for a premier real estate CRM, I provided high-quality technical support and user-facing documentation. I built strong communication skills and an eye for detail, which quickly led to a move into QA.
